Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a State General Manager located in Silverwater, NSW. The State General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include developing strategies for growth, managing budgets, and enhancing service delivery. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with clients and key stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive business success.
Qualifications- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in operational management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in the security and/or cleaning industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
