Your experience with front/ middle office services coupled with a keen analytical mindset and comprehensive knowledge of system and data flows, will be crucial in translating complex client requirements into practical, value-added solutions. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities with agility, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure the seamless delivery of innovative State Street Alpha services and products that support our clients' ongoing growth and success. Your leadership and collaborative capabilities across State Street and Charles River products and services will be essential in driving innovation and elevating client outcomes

What You Will Be Responsible For
- In this dynamic client-facing role, you will play a pivotal part in interpreting client requirements, orchestrating the design and delivery of tailored solutions (operational processes as well as system functionality).
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to evaluate the effects of proposed changes on processes, and technology. Ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for change.
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of operational change projects, from initial scoping, requirements elicitation, and solution design through implementation, go-live, and post-launch optimization.
- Engage directly with external stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of business goals, operational challenges, and evolving priorities.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to share innovative approaches, establish best practices, and enhance team capabilities for successful client projects
- Creating and managing project plans and timelines
- Organize and conduct project status meetings, including communicating status to internal and external stakeholders

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of financial industry experience across middle office systems, services and data domains
- Prior experience with client conversions or change management in the financial industry
- Experience of writing and reviewing business specifications
- The role is part of a global team and as such fluent spoken and written English is required
