Your main responsibilities

• Provide civil project management expertise from project inception to completion
• Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered safely, to required quality, on time and budget
• Prepare and execute delivery strategies and employ specialist project management tools to deliver multi-staged projects
• Drive operational improvement through the sharing of best practice across the business
• Proactive communication and reporting on delivery milestones
• Facilitate, manage and drive efficiency through project cost plans in partnership with Development Managers, authorities, consultants and contractors to realise cost savings
• Lead the procurement and delivery of civil construction and landscape construction in accordance with the project program
• Assist the development team with technical support and delivery inputs

About you

• Coming from client-side, contractor, consultancy, or superintendent background, or similar construction experience
• You will have relevant Project Management experience with a strong understanding of civil construction works
• A sound understanding and demonstrated experience in procurement and the contract administration of Australian Standard construction contracts or modified versions of
• You will have great time-management skills and a go-getter attitude, ready to jump straight into the projects and help drive better outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills that engage all parties, strong stakeholder management abilities and collaborative approach
• Preferably holds a tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Environmental) or Construction Management with at least 5 years of experience
