With expansion plans that will see this multi-brand Real Estate as the largest Real Estate Group nationally within the next 12 months, this role is for a driven and thoughtful leader who is looking to grow with the brand and reap in the rewards of the growth. Your focus will be to deliver and execute the strategic plan, work closely with the leadership team, while protecting and serving our people to ensure we and they are equipped to achieve their objectives and goals.

What you will own;

  1. Oversee and optimise operations across our Property Management, Sales, and Investment divisions
  2. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance systems
  3. Systemise processes, implement automation, and scale operations
  4. Drive accountability across a high-performance, values-led team
  5. Partner directly with the Founder to bring the 36-month growth plan to life
  6. Be the most accountable and driven person across the group of companies

Essential;

  1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager, GM, or similar in a fast-paced environment
  2. Deep understanding of Real Estate operations (property management or sales background ideal)
  3. Obsessed with culture, efficiency and results
  4. Not afraid to think like an owner, challenge the status quo, and build systems from scratch
  5. Comfortable with accountability, KPIs, and building teams around performance
  6. Can balance high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution
