What You Will Do:
The Client Services Officer ensures all team tasks and inquiries are completed accurately and timely, providing exceptional client service to superannuation members, advisers, employers, trustees, and promoters through professional communication via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Create and maintain member accounts for accumulation and pension, including sending welcome packs.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client emails and calls.
- Process rollovers and benefit payments, ensuring compliance with trustee requirements and conditions of release.
- Handle insurance applications, claims, and commission payments.
- Maintain member accounts, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements (e.g., Privacy Act, AML, SIS Act).
- Report issues to management and complete additional tasks as directed.
What You Will Bring:
- Effective planning and organization skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with superannuation and related legislation (desirable).
- Experience in financial services (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications in superannuation, finance, or related fields (desirable).
