Job Description
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A background in administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to supporting community-focused initiative.
  • Experience with Humanforce
  • Aboriginals or Torres Strait Islanders are highly encouraged to apply.
