About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of HR Advisor in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft job descriptions, advertise roles, and coordinate interviews for recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • A background in administration, ideally within a not-for-profit environment.
  • Strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to supporting community-focused initiatives.
  • Experience with Humanforce is an advantage.
