Job Description

- Act as the sole HR Advisor across 18 branches and 1000+ staff

- Partner with senior leaders and Dealer Principals to deliver strategic HR advice and solutions

- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processes

- Oversee contracts, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives

- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture

- Supervise and support the Payroll & HR Officer, including leave coverage

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards

- Identify and execute training and development programs across the business

- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform executive decision-making

- Contribute to change management efforts during growth or restructure

The Successful Applicant

- Formal qualifications in Human Resources.

- Experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner with strong generalist capability.

- Expertise in HR operations and strategy with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach.

- Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.

- Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR projects.

- Proven track record of advising senior stakeholders and working autonomously.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

- Automotive or similar industry experience highly desirable.
