We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Lead - Systems & Process to join our Commercial team in Sydney or Broadbeach. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in optimising systems, processes, and data to support Australia's largest inflight caterer and a global leader in air services

More About This Role

As a Senior Pricing Lead – Systems & Process, you will be central to setting, managing, and maintaining pricing for our airline customers. Within our Commercial division's Pricing Team, you will ensure our pricing systems and processes are accurate, consistent, and timely, enabling us to deliver the right solution, at the right price, for the right customer, every time.

In a Nutshell, Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Update internal (JDE, QAD) and customer systems with the latest pricing details.
• Ensure sales orders and invoices match through accurate and consistent data.
• Standardise sales order validation processes to remove duplication and errors.
• Define and maintain cost and recharge data for items not included in menu or handling prices.
• Create and automate reports for costing, pricing, and revenue recovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system capability meets business needs.
• Deliver accurate and standardised pricing reports and summaries.
• Conduct complex analysis and challenge key business assumptions.
• Represent Pricing in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Role model dnata catering values and maintain a safety-first approach in all tasks.
  
  

What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

• Advanced MS Excel skills (essential).
• Experience with JDE or other ERP systems (essential).
• Experience with QAD and Power BI (essential).
• Background in Pricing, Management Accounting, or Finance Management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement.
• Airline industry or manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
