Job Description

The Senior Pricing Lead plays a pivotal role in refining systems, processes, and data to support a leading inflight caterer.

  • Update internal and customer systems with the latest pricing details to ensure seamless order management.

  • Verify sales orders and invoices match through precise and consistent data entry.

  • Standardize sales order validation processes to eliminate duplication and errors.

  • Define and maintain cost and recharge data for items not included in menu or handling prices.

  • Develop automated reports for costing, pricing, and revenue recovery to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system capabilities meet business requirements.

  • Deliver accurate and standardized pricing reports and summaries.

  • Conduct complex analysis and challenge key business assumptions to drive growth.

  • Represent Pricing in cross-functional projects and process improvements.

  • Embody organizational values and maintain a safety-first approach in all tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced MS Excel skills, experience with JDE or other ERP systems, knowledge of QAD and Power BI, background in Pricing, Management Accounting, or Finance Management, strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, proven ability to meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail, high-level communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement, and industry experience is highly regarded.
