Overview

Join a fast-growing, community driven sportswear business that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Manager to manage order fulfilment, inventory, and client deliveries across SEQ.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and check customer orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Coordinate with local decorators to manage deadlines and arrange job deliveries/collections
  • Perform regular stock takes and update inventory systems
  • Deliver and collect jobs across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Toowoomba
  • Conduct quality control checks on incoming stock
  • Prioritise orders based on client deadlines, transit times, and event schedules
  • Support sales and production teams with post-sale order issues
  • Keep internal systems updated with current order status
  • Book freight services based on cost, reliability, and delivery timeframes
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Experience improving warehouse processes and efficiencies
  • Familiarity with local and international freight systems
  • Understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physically fit (able to lift moderate to heavy cartons)
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Competent with Excel, Outlook, CRM, and eCommerce platforms
