Position Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Lytton. This hands-on leadership role will see you supporting the day-to-day coordination of warehouse operations, supervising a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring performance and safety standards are upheld.

6am start


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet daily operational targets.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, support, and direction to team members.
  • Monitor and uphold safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist in the accurate picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of goods.
  • Help manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and warehouse documentation.
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor with shift planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify and escalate any issues impacting productivity or safety.

About You

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a team leader or leading hand role.
  • Current forklift licence with High Reach and Counterbalance experience (essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems and Microsoft Excel.
