What you'll be doing
  • Creating new business opportunities through thoughtful outreach
  • Partnering with clients to understand what they really need (not just a job description)
  • Managing your own client base and building lasting relationships
  • Spotting great people, starting genuine conversations, and connecting them to the right opportunities
  • Running the full recruitment process, from hello to hired
  • Becoming the trusted advisor people call when they need answers
