Overview

Supply Chain Program Manager
We\'re looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Program Manager to drive shipment consolidation and network efficiency across our Australian fulfillment network. This is a high-impact role that will shape how millions of customers receive their packages while optimizing packaging utilization, delivery efficiency, and network flow.

Responsibilities
  • Design multi-order consolidation strategies balancing speed, cost, and efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve UPB while maintaining customer promise times
  • Create strategic forecasting models for consolidation and capacity planning
  • Support new site launches with consolidation-focused network integration
  • Drive improvement in key consolidation metrics
  • Optimize multi-node fulfillment patterns to maximize consolidation potential
  • Analyzing and implementing consolidation strategies across fulfillment centers
  • Leading deep-dive analyses into order patterns and consolidation opportunities
  • Designing efficient middle-mile networks to enable consolidation opportunities
  • Planning network capacity to support consolidation goals while maintaining service levels
  • Developing inventory transfer strategies that maximize consolidation potential
What You\'ll Need
  • Advanced analytics skills with proven experience in large-scale data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance competing priorities
  • Experience in supply chain operations, network design, or related fields
  • Advanced Excel/SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Professional experience in supply chain and logistics, transportation, operations, and/or e-commerce industries
  • Relevant program or project management experience in a similar role
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Ability to prepare, report and analyse large sets of data
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and intermediate SQL skills
  • Experience defining program requirements including using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Knowledge of Tableau at an intermediate level (ability to create reports)
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in driving process improvements
  • Completed Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited University
