About the Team

The Wealth Management business delivers personalised investment advice, execution services, and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.

The Project Management Team drives the business transformation agenda by shaping strategy, designing solutions, and partnering with technology and functional groups to deliver measurable value and impactful outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology, Operations, Legal, and business teams to design and deliver strategic and tactical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct business analysis: requirements gathering, user stories, workflow mapping, and recommending process/system enhancements.
• Manage projects end-to-end — from feasibility and documentation through UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Drive project planning and governance, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Prepare and present project communications, including status reports and steering committee updates.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Required Experience

• 7–10 years in project management or product development, ideally with enterprise software or client-facing applications (desktop/mobile).
• Experience in Retail/Private Banking or Wealth Management is highly valued.
• University degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related discipline.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly across all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is a plus.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and relationship-focused.
