Product Manager/ Business Analyst - Treasury Opportunity

This role offers a chance to join our team and contribute to the development of business opportunities within acceptable risk parameters.

We collaborate with Product, Credit, Finance, Technology, Data, and Platform teams to optimize business opportunities. The team maintains close ties with Risk Management, Financial Management, People, and Engagement groups.

Key Responsibilities

You will triage change requests, conduct impact assessments, and work with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into requirements and user stories. You will map and analyze current processes and data flows, identify inefficiencies, and design future state processes.

Requirements
  • 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking and financial services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and mindset
  • Regulatory project experience in the financial sector is preferred
