Our client is seeking a seasoned Workplace Relations & Safety Lawyer to join their thriving Sydney-based team.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-profile, challenging, and rewarding matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, managing files end-to-end and contributing to a high-performing team.

You'll work on diverse and complex matters including:
Employment disputes and contractual issues Advisory work on Fair Work Act compliance and legislative interpretation Managing redundancy and termination strategies Restraint of trade disputes and discrimination claims Health and safety investigations, prosecutions, and risk mitigation Advising on enterprise agreements and industrial relations matters This is a fantastic opportunity to work on sophisticated files with nationally significant clients, while developing your leadership, mentoring junior lawyers, and driving client relationships.
Key Requirements:
