Responsibilities
  • Process salary package payments, including the generation and processing of bank EFT and BPAY payment files. Manage Superannuation contribution imports and facilitate third party vendor payments.
  • Reconcile allocated bank accounts within specified frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Investigate, escalate, and resolve any reconciling items to eliminate discrepancies between systems and bank records.
  • Generate and distribute client and vendor reports as required.
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and client focus in all internal and external interactions, striving for first-contact resolution in all functions.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Effective prioritization to meet critical deadlines.
  • Experience in finance and account reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
