Exciting opportunity for a motivated and career minded Legal Assistant to consolidate their career in a growing and highly regarded Plaintiff Law Firm.

Providing secretarial and administrative support to a
**Senior Solicitor in a busy Public Liability practice, **you'll enjoy being "hands on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities.

**Some of your duties will include, but not limited to;**
- diary management and arranging appointments
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- management of client files and filing of correspondence
- coordinating and assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
- billing files and drafting accounts
- drafting correspondence
- extensive client liaison and general administrative tasks

To be successful in this role you will have at least three years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury or Litigation.

- sound MS Word/typing skills
- top organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- initiative and a pro-active approach
