Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead the operational execution of Cranbrook's strategic vision. With oversight of Finance, ICT, Property and Facilities, and the Aquatic Centre, the COO will drive transformation across systems and infrastructure. This role requires a commercially astute leader with a CFO or CPA background, strong analytical skills, and emotional intelligence. Success will be defined by the ability to optimise facilities, deliver major capital projects, integrate ICT systems, and support the co-education transition from an operational perspective.

Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources will lead the strategic and operational HR functions of the School. This includes recruitment, employment relations, compliance, training and development, performance management, policy development, and HR strategy. The role demands a highly experienced HR professional who can foster a positive workplace culture, ensure legal compliance, and support the School's evolving needs during this period of growth and change.

Director of Corporate Services

The Director of Corporate Services is responsible for all legal, risk, compliance, governance, and archives matters for the School, including supporting the Council in a secretariat capacity. This role provides counsel and advice to the Head of School on these matters and ensures the smooth operation of governance and compliance systems. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, commercial and capable of managing complex legal and regulatory matters with discretion and integrity.
