Job Description

We're looking for a bartender to join our energetic team at our rooftop bar. In this role, you'll work in a busy, fast-paced venue, curating amazing cocktails and providing a standout experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
  • Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
  • Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and reporting low stock or supply needs.
  • Support special events and activations hosted at Mid Air, contributing ideas and energy.
  • Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings, and signature cocktails.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
  • Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
  • Current Victorian RSA Certificate
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
