We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Construction Materials Project Management team.

Job Description:

This role requires an experienced leader with strong project management skills, who can effectively oversee construction materials testing and special inspection projects in the Charlotte metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Duties will include:

  • Project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Leadership and mentoring of team members
  • Collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Report preparation and review

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction materials testing or special inspections, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (desired)
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) license is required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
  • Multiple certifications from reputable organizations such as ICC, ACI, NCDOT, and PTI
