What's on offer?
We're looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst - Core and Australian Digital Workspaces to support our high-profile core infrastructure build and digital workspace roll out across our Australian business on our Modern Information Programme. This is a fantastic junior position that will allow you to further develop your business analysis skills as part of a professional, collaborative team.

You'll report to the Project Manager - Core and Project Manager - Australian Digital Workspaces, gaining hands-on experience and ongoing mentoring as you play a key role in shaping how we deliver digital change.

What will you be responsible for?
Drawing on your 1 to 3 years of business analysis experience, you'll work closely with Modern Information Project Leads and stakeholders to help ensure our projects deliver business expectations. You will often be the face of the projects, representing the programme on site with our business stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting the requirements lifecycle: from eliciting and documenting business needs, to validating and testing solutions.
Designing and supporting requirements workshops and mapping current state to future state.
Helping deliver and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, tailoring engagement as needed.
Owning requirements throughout the project lifecycle, representing business stakeholders during development.
Supporting change management activities and assist end users during delivery, go-live, and hypercare phases.

You must have the flexibility to travel within Australia.

How you'll connect to the role?
To be successful in this role, you will bring between 1 and maximum of 3 years of business analysis experience, ideally within large or complex organisations, and a solid track record being involved in large IT projects. Your ability to engage and influence stakeholders, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will help you navigate and build productive relationships across the business.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear documentation are essential. Experience with platforms like SharePoint, AvePoint, and Jira is preferred. You will demonstrate agility and resilience in dynamic environments, identify and address risks proactively, and show high levels of emotional intelligence and integrity. Above all, you'll value teamwork, the drive to learn and contribute to a dynamic programme and be committed to collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
