Role And Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and organised Operations Administrator to join our busy team at our Dandenong facility. This is a part-time role that sits at the heart of our transport operations — perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves working with data, and takes pride in getting the small details right.

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day outbound operations, making sure transport documentation is accurate, orders are processed efficiently, and our compliance obligations are always met.

What you'll be doing:

• Validate and reconcile transport and freight invoices through Redmap, checking for accuracy and raising discrepancies
• Maintain and update key transport documentation in line with Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Use Excel to track, review and report on freight costs, order turnaround and delivery performance
• Liaise with carriers, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely dispatch processes
• Support general admin duties within the operations team, including maintaining records, responding to enquiries, and assisting with project rollouts
• Contribute to a clean, safe and efficient work environment
  
  

Skills And Experience

• A strong eye for detail and numbers
• Experience with Redmap (or similar invoice processing tools)
• Solid Excel skills, with confidence working across spreadsheets and reports
• Previous admin experience in a transport, logistics or warehousing environment is advantageous
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work independently
