We are seeking a capable Project Manager (Level 2) to lead the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized projects or streams within larger initiatives. Operating in a client-side outsourced model, you'll manage infrastructure, systems, or technology-related projects from planning through to execution, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.


• Deliver small to medium-sized projects or defined workstreams independently

• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues, and resource planning

• Coordinate internal delivery teams and vendor inputs where applicable

• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artefacts

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and support governance meetings

• Track project budget, resource effort, and escalate risks as needed

• Support adherence to change control and commercial delivery practices

• Ensure project compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements

What will make you successful in this role?


• 5-6 years of experience delivering IT, systems, or infrastructure projects like Cisco, Dell, Networks etc

• Experience working in Tier 1 complex delivery environments

• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery independently across the full project lifecycle

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience with planning tools, project controls, and structured governance processes

• Ability to manage resources, budget tracking, and vendor performance

• Familiarity with delivery frameworks and PMO reporting standards

• Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)

Desirable:

• Experience delivering in outsourced or client-embedded environments

• Familiarity with remote site or industrial project delivery contexts

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to occasionally travel to remote mining sites for key project phases such as cutover periods (full site medicals and inductions required)
