As the Sales Operations Lead you will be the operational hub of the business, ensuring every campaign, client, and daily task runs smoothly. Your primary goal is to take all administrative and coordination tasks ensuring every client interaction and team output is flawless.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage lead agents' day to day including calendar, inbox, and act as their representative for communications with vendors and buyers.
  • Provide communication and campaign oversight for vendors, coordinating with various professionals like and photographers to deliver a seamless listing campaign.
  • Lead daily huddles and weekly meetings to keep the team focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) and GCI goals.
  • Manage campaign checklist from start to finish, ensuring properties are launched within three business days of photography.
  • Maintaining a Five-Star Client Experience ensuring every client receives proactive updates and exceptional service.
  • Lead culture by example, maintaining high standards for office behaviour, brand presence, and personal presentation.

The successful candidate must have:
  • At least three years in a senior administration, executive assistant, or sales support role within the real estate sector.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team ensuring that all team members meet their weekly KPIs and follow daily habits.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like REX, VaultRE, or Agent Box, as well as Microsoft Suites, Canva, and
  • A customer-focused, dependable, and solutions-oriented approach is essential, along with a calm demeanour under pressure and meticulous attention to detail.
