Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our revenue management team as a Revenue Growth Manager. Based in Western Australia, this role involves developing and executing rate strategies across markets, analyzing data to optimize revenue and occupancy, and maintaining accurate data and weekly reports.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement yield management techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and update reservations and group holdings to ensure accuracy and maximize occupancy.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including hotel teams and external partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform pricing strategies.
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or a related industry is preferred but not mandatory. We value individuals with a positive mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt and thrive under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be proficient in using revenue management software and have a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
