HR Advisor

We're seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our PeopleConnect team. In this role, you will play a key part in our PeopleConnect function and are responsible for delivering quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers through face-to-face, phone and email support.

Provide high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees on all HR related enquiries including:

• Support with self-service and advice and resolution of HR related queries
• Support for people or leader issues
• Performance management issues
• Remuneration and recognition support
• Support the job change and internal transfer process
• Learning/training course advice and administration
• Support HR Projects team in various people related projects and initiatives
• Opportunity to support and shadow our HR Business Partners on case management including performance management, and absenteeism

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a systems/process Human Resource role, working in a business partnering role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
