As our Territory Manager, you'll be the frontline representation of Toby's Estate, driving brand impact and fostering meaningful connections in the Sydney Metro region with occasional visits to regional NSW. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Whether on the road, at industry events, or engaging with café owners, you'll play a key role in growing our brand presence. Success in this role comes from building trust, providing value, and supporting small business owners to thrive. Our cafe/site/office is based in Chippendale; this role is currently managing Northern NSW. We do have some flexibility to navigate a change in territory for the preferred candidate, which will be discussed through the recruitment process.
Responsibilities- Be the frontline representation of Toby's Estate, driving brand impact and fostering connections in the Sydney Metro region with occasional visits to regional NSW.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Engage with café owners, participate in industry events, and travel as needed to grow our brand presence.
- Build trust, provide value, and support small business owners to thrive.
- Work autonomously within a supportive, high-energy team and be prepared to discuss territory changes as discussed during recruitment.
