Technology Service Desk Analyst (Brisbane) - 12mth Contract
Location: Brisbane CBD, Australia
Responsibilities- Provide high quality technical support to all King & Wood Mallesons Partners and staff (phone, email and in person).
- Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries and problems relating to Technology, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Responsibility for the daily operations of the audio-visual service and video conferencing service, predominantly on client floors.
- Provide high quality support to internal and external clients with administrative and procedural responsibilities as required.
- Support AV troubleshooting and setup for client meetings as part of a calm, knowledgeable, customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to clarify priorities and resolve technical issues in a Windows 11 and Office 2019 / Microsoft 365 environment.
- Experience in an audio-visual environment.
- Experience with managing mobile devices via an MDM solution (iPhones, etc.).
- Active Directory skills – ability to maintain, create, and delete user accounts.
- Understanding of network topology.
- Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VOIP softphones and telephone handsets.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster for national coverage between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
