- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge
- Rostering for services within the local area, with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Monday to Friday- no weekend work
- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and has experience working with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is essential.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit www.acecqa.gov.au
- Employee Working With Children Check valid in the relevant state.
- Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
- Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
