Behavioural Support Team Leader

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills and experience in behaviour support.

About the Role

The Behavioural Support Team Leader will lead a team of Behavioural Support Clinicians to provide high-quality services to clients. They will be responsible for conducting functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across various environments, developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), and working collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct FBAs across multiple settings.
  • Develop and implement BSPs in line with NDIS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Behavioural Support Clinicians.
