Responsibilities- Be the face of Cars24 to customers when they book a test drive at site.
- Delight customers with a warm attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a professional demeanor so they would tell their friends about their Cars24 experience.
- Build trust with customers by being timely, reliable, and communicative; no problem is too hard for you.
- Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right cars are ready for inspection, delivered on the right vehicle and route, to the right person on file, with the right specifications.
- Coordinate with the customer operations team on administrative tasks and ensure all paperwork at handover is completed smoothly with minimal hassle.
- Be willing to learn how to assess a car for delivery or pickup; training and operating protocols will be provided.
- Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in our new business.
- Customer satisfaction metrics will be your performance indicator.
- Conduct test drives with customers, listen actively, ask the right questions, and help close the sale.

- Sales Experience: Previous face-to-face sales experience is a must, with industry-specific training provided.
