Access Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Access Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of access control systems, ensuring that all processes related to physical identity access badge creation and maintenance are carried out efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong technical knowledge as well as excellent interpersonal skills to partner with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors. Additionally, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our company values by monitoring all badge and access applications via the Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and commitments to internal customers are met.
  • Monitor the RightCrowd system's working status and coordinate with the global team for area access requests.
  • Manage the ANT Group to ensure all information on the owner, approver, and secondary approver is updated.
  • Oversee the creation, request, and modification of access levels in the Lenel access control system.
  • Serve as the point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO) in support of badging operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of badging inventory across assigned corporate offices.
  • Partner with Area Access Managers to review restricted spaces and maintain audit access reports.
  • Conduct quarterly audits on badge access levels across assigned corporate offices.
  • Provide technical guidance on solution development while analyzing different technology solutions.
  • Capture business requirements and workflows, providing solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions to meet customer needs.
  • Capture meeting minutes and action items.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage and track projects issues for timely delivery.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in access control/badging, with a strong understanding of security systems and proficiency in English written and verbal skills.
