About the role

Do you get great satisfaction out of helping customers and making a difference? Our Financial Support Specialist role works with clients to assist and resolve the impact of financial hardship, assess requests for assistance and provide solutions to ensure the best outcome for our clients. Business, Banking & Finance Graduates welcome to apply

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Creating tailored solutions for clients experiencing financial hardship
  • Developing a positive rapport with clients by being empathetic, conscientious and responsible
  • Providing exceptional customer service

About you:

  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone
  • A natural empathy with clients and ability to deal with sensitive circumstances
  • Accountability to manage your own work
  • Dedicated, responsible and conscientious
  • Business, banking or finance graduates are welcome to apply
