About the role

The Sales Support Staff assist the Onsite management in achieving the company's vision and strategies to become the trade's most valuable partner. Here, you'll find a future you can feel good about.

What can you expect?

  • Answering telephone inquiries from commercial customers
  • Processing customer requests for delivery or order release for next-day dispatch
  • Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries about stock availability and technical information
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing and product availability
  • Logging after-sales requests and following up as needed
  • Maintaining stock levels according to Onsite stock management procedures
  • Embracing Reece values, policies, and procedures, and supporting team efforts
  • Processing and exporting mining orders
  • Project management and estimating

Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with staff, colleagues, and customers
  • Ability to establish productive working relationships
  • Willingness to learn and 'have a go'
  • Excellent personal and workplace presentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel
