The HR Manager also plays a key role in embedding the global HR Operating Model and leveraging the HRIS system to deliver streamlined, compliant, and mission-aligned HR support under the leadership of the Head of HR.

  • Provide timely reporting on HR metrics, risks, and local developments.
  • Support cross-hub HR projects.
  • Provide spiritual leadership to the hub in regular prayer times, devotionals and biblical reflection, ensuring that all HR functions are conducted within a framework of Christian discipleship and mission.
  • Ensure that workforce development and HR policies reflect CV's Christian ethos, including promotion of workplace culture that models Christian values, accountability to Scripture, and active participation in CV's evangelistic mission.
