YOU:

You are self-motivated with a strong team focus and with great communication skills. Although you are a hands-on, energetic team player you can also work autonomously and take initiative to get the job done. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous however training will be provided for the right applicants that are willing to apply themselves.

THE BUSINESS & ROLE:

We are a young & upcoming Civil business. Which are evolving to set a new standard in the industry. The role will be a self-efficient Excavator Operator. There will be opportunity to move into a management role for the right Applicant.

As a Excavator Operator your role will involve but not be limited to:

  1. Managing Daily run sheet
  2. Jobs completed correctly and timely manner
  3. Communicating with Customers
  4. Weekly team meetings/toolbox talks.
  5. Working in a team.
  6. Operating Excavators, Skid steers, tippers & Other plant
  7. Carry out jobs with attention to detail
  8. Daily pre- starts & machine maintenance
  9. Attend Professional Development courses
