We are excited to invite dynamic and dedicated individuals to join us as Registered Exam Hub (REH) Representatives on a freelance consultancy basis. This role is pivotal in representing Trinity across Australia, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, enrolling candidates, and administering both digital and face-to-face exams.

Key Locations:

· Canberra, ACT

· Other Australian regions available – upon request

Role Responsibilities:

As an REH Representative, you will:

  • Help promote and administer both digital and face-to-face exams. Digital exams run year-round, face-to-face tours operate in peak seasons once or twice a year.
  • Act as a primary liaison for Trinity exams, promoting and enrolling candidates working with the Trinity team and using Trinity's systems and resources.
  • Manage candidate enrolments, process payments, and oversee exam session bookings.
  • Identify and secure venues for face-to-face exam sessions, aligning dates with nearby centres.
  • Develop exam session timetables for face-to-face sessions, dispatch appointment details, and coordinate with examiners and stewards for smooth exam operations.
  • Distribute certificates post-exam
  • Address any applicant or candidate queries or concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Your Profile:

  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in IT with a willingness to learn new systems (training provided).
  • Effective communication skills across various platforms (email, phone, social media).
  • Background in education, preferably in music or drama.
  • Experience in event management is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to expand the local market.
