In your role as a Team Leader for our Heritage team, you can expect:

  • To play an active role in the Heritage leadership team, contributing ideas to shape our Cultural Heritage solutions
  • To bring passion and dedication to your team's growth and development, providing encouragement, mentorship, and opportunities for contribution
  • To hone your coaching skills and support the development, implementation, and tracking of your team's goals

  • To help implement recruitment strategies and represent EMM as an inspiring ambassador
  • To build strong relationships with regulators and develop new technical tools for innovative workflows

Here's what you'll bring :

  • Passion, drive, and alignment with our shared values
  • 8+ years of relevant postgraduate experience, preferably in a Heritage consultancy, including archaeological investigations, impact assessments, and statutory approvals
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Experience in strategic thinking and business planning
  • Effective time and priority management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Valid unrestricted QLD driver's license
