We are seeking a Finance Manager to manage our financial operations and provide strategic financial insights across our group of businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance leader to build our team while managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance, ensuring the integrity of our financial processes.

As the Finance Manager, you will lead a small team, working closely with our External Accountant and Business Advisory team, as well as our Senior Management team.

This role will be a key business partner to Directors and Senior Managers, providing financial insights to support decision-making and drive growth.

About the Role
  • Leading the finance function across all entities associated with RQC Group, including both internal and external partner entities.
  • Managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting to support business strategy.
  • Developing and implementing financial processes to enhance operations and ensure compliance in all financial areas.
  • Providing proactive financial analysis and reporting to assist senior leadership in making informed decisions.
  • Developing and training our finance team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Proactively interacting with external resources to maintain knowledge and ensure best practices.
About You
  • Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance (CA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a finance team.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing financial systems and processes.
  • Experience managing multiple entity organizations.
  • Experience stakeholder management at various levels.
