The Opportunity

We're looking for a people-powered Partner Manager to join our Brisbane team In this role, you'll be the friendly face and key connector for our energy retail partners across Australia, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping shape long-term success. If you love building relationships, managing multiple tasks, and turning ideas into action, this could be your next step. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and growing relationships with energy partners
  • Acting as the main link between our business and partners
  • Conducting partner catch-ups (in person in Melbourne – some travel required)
  • Leading WIP meetings and maintaining project momentum
  • Presenting meaningful quarterly reviews
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth and implementing them
  • Creating clear partner reports and developing smarter reporting tools
  • Supporting partnership strategy and contract negotiations
  • Managing invoicing, payments, and audits efficiently
  • Collaborating with product teams to meet partner needs
  • Contributing insights and ideas to shape the future of partnerships

About You

You are an experienced relationship professional with a background in partner, client, or account management. You are commercially savvy, results-oriented, and skilled at growing partnerships and enhancing performance. Experience in a regulated industry (preferably energy, finance, or essential services) is a plus.

You're :

  • A confident communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable of managing competing priorities independently and within a team
  • Willing to travel monthly to Melbourne
