About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive growth across a defined region. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and identify opportunities to expand market share. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management, making it ideal for someone who thrives on delivering results and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales growth and profitability within the region
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve KPIs and targets
- Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to align production, marketing, and sales efforts
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and reporting on sales performance
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' sales management experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong account management skills, including contract negotiation and customer relationship development
- Experience managing regional sales operations and working cross-functionally
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies
