We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team at our Tingalpa dealership. Whether you come from caravan/RV sales or you're a seasoned automotive sales manager ready to branch into a thriving lifestyle industry, this is an opportunity to take your career further.

Your RoleAs Sales Manager, you'll play a central role in driving dealership performance, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring every customer's experience is exceptional. You will:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate sales consultants
Drive monthly targets and support team success with hands-on leadership
Oversee showroom presentation, inventory management, and stock levels
Collaborate with Marketing to boost lead generation and foot traffic
Build strong relationships with OEMs, financiers, and long-term customers
Analyse KPIs and report regularly to senior management
What You'll BringProven experience in a Sales Manager role—caravan/RV or automotive preferred
A genuine interest in customer experience and lifestyle-focused products
A motivational leadership style and track record of driving performance
Commercial thinking, resilience, and strong team ethics
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting systems
A valid driver's licence (essential)
