About the Opportunity

Our Marketing team are currently seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join them. This role can work in our Melbourne, Perth or Sydney office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email direct marketing (eDM) strategies,
  • Create and manage communication initiatives that enhance the experience of existing members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise group websites.
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure marketing activities are relevant, personalised, and effective.
  • Work closely with internal teams—Sales, Business Development, and Customer Experience—as well as external partners.
  • Partner with marketing agencies to clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimise future efforts.

  • Results-driven and data-oriented, with a track record of optimising marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in developing and executing eDM strategies and customer segmentation
  • Skilled at collaborating with both internal teams and external partners
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Innovative, always seeking new ways to improve processes and outcomes
