Your RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to provide exceptional and proactive customer service and sales support for Kramer customers throughout NSW & ACT.
The Sales Manager will manage channel management of current Kramer direct resellers, indirect resellers through our distribution network, and handle end-user business development, including establishing lifelong Kramer customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales initiatives for Pro AV and IT channels.
- Increasing Kramer's market share and brand recognition.
- Converting projects and customers to Kramer.
- Creating BOMs for clients.
- Reviewing partner performance.
- Collaborating with Marketing.
- Participating in weekly meetings with HQ and local teams.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers.
- Representing Kramer at trade shows, end-user events, and customer meetings.
- Pursuing new business opportunities at channel and end-user levels.
- Maintaining accurate customer and project pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Managing reseller and end-user relationships.
- Assisting in resolving sales and service issues.
You are driven, results-oriented, and focused on achieving targets.
You can communicate effectively at all levels, both face-to-face and on the phone.
Education & Experience- Minimum of 7 years of high technology sales experience, preferably in AV or Unified Communications.
- At least 5 years of complex AV solution and consultative selling experience across various vertical markets, especially to IT managers.
- Experience working with channels—distributors, resellers, and alliance partners.
- Experience selling to education, government, healthcare, enterprises, and houses of worship.
- Experience selling to large companies and MNCs is advantageous.
- Proven C-level / VP-level contacts.
- History of delivering sales results and personal accountability.
- Proven ability to prospect and open new accounts.
Technical understanding of AV products, especially AV merging with IP, is a plus.
