Your Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to provide exceptional and proactive customer service and sales support for Kramer customers throughout NSW & ACT.

The Sales Manager will manage channel management of current Kramer direct resellers, indirect resellers through our distribution network, and handle end-user business development, including establishing lifelong Kramer customers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales initiatives for Pro AV and IT channels.
  2. Increasing Kramer's market share and brand recognition.
  3. Converting projects and customers to Kramer.
  4. Creating BOMs for clients.
  5. Reviewing partner performance.
  6. Collaborating with Marketing.
  7. Participating in weekly meetings with HQ and local teams.
  8. Building and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers.
  9. Representing Kramer at trade shows, end-user events, and customer meetings.
  10. Pursuing new business opportunities at channel and end-user levels.
  11. Maintaining accurate customer and project pipeline data in Salesforce.
  12. Managing reseller and end-user relationships.
  13. Assisting in resolving sales and service issues.
Who You Are

You are driven, results-oriented, and focused on achieving targets.

You can communicate effectively at all levels, both face-to-face and on the phone.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of high technology sales experience, preferably in AV or Unified Communications.
  • At least 5 years of complex AV solution and consultative selling experience across various vertical markets, especially to IT managers.
  • Experience working with channels—distributors, resellers, and alliance partners.
  • Experience selling to education, government, healthcare, enterprises, and houses of worship.
  • Experience selling to large companies and MNCs is advantageous.
  • Proven C-level / VP-level contacts.
  • History of delivering sales results and personal accountability.
  • Proven ability to prospect and open new accounts.

Technical understanding of AV products, especially AV merging with IP, is a plus.
