As a key contributor to our organization's success, we are seeking an exceptional Territory Manager to join our team in NSW/ACT.

Key Responsibilities
  • To effectively manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment and OR integration technology across NSW & ACT, ensuring seamless execution and maximized results.
  • To identify and secure new business opportunities in surgical and operating room environments, leveraging relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital decision-makers.
  • To build and maintain strong partnerships with these stakeholders, fostering trust and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • To develop and implement strategic territory business plans, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • To conduct product demonstrations, education, and consultation with healthcare professionals, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • To maintain accurate pipeline and account data through CRM systems, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal resource allocation.
  • To represent our brand at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events, reinforcing our reputation and thought leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven success in capital equipment sales within healthcare, with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Deep knowledge of operating theatres, surgical procedures, and hospital workflows, enabling effective navigation and communication.
  • Experience in managing long and complex sales cycles, with a keen sense of adaptability and resilience.
  • Existing KOL networks within NSW/ACT, providing valuable connections and influence.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Demonstrated success in both account management and business development, with a talent for identifying opportunities and capitalizing on them.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, facilitating collaboration and rapport-building.
  • Ability to travel regularly across NSW & ACT, with a valid driver's license and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferred but not essential, as we prioritize experience and skills above formal education.
