We're looking for a passionate and driven leader to manage key On Premise groups across NSW.

This role offers the opportunity to drive tequila leadership, champion globally recognised brands like Jose Cuervo, 1800 Tequila, The Kraken, and House of Angostura, and influence a competitive, dynamic industry.

What You'll Do
  • Strengthen Proximo's positioning as the On Premise leader, leveraging our world-class portfolio to win key accounts and drive advocacy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with top influencers, decision-makers, and venue owners to drive sales, visibility, and brand loyalty.
  • Lead the charge on Tequila Leadership, ensuring Proximo dominates the category with the most recognisable brands in the industry.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge brand activation plans at iconic venues, ensuring our brands are front and centre where it matters most.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business planning that deliver profitability and brand prominence.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to align national strategies and activate campaigns that make an impact where it counts.
  • Own and execute key Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes, ensuring long-term success and investment compliance.
  • Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and translate insights into action to keep Proximo ahead of the game.
