• Prime Location - We're just 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by nature, with two large parks within walking distance. Our centre overlooks the local primary school, and we're excited to launch a transition-to-school program in Term 4. A vibrant new development featuring shops and eateries is currently under construction just across the road.
• Supportive & Fun Team - Our team culture is second to none We offer flexible, rotating rosters to support your lifestyle and family needs. Educators benefit from 16 dedicated programming hours per week and ongoing guidance from our experienced Educational Leader. • Our Centre - Our 85-place centre features four beautifully designed learning rooms: Nursery, Toddlers, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten. Recent yard upgrades and a dedicated sustainability space support nature-based learning and outdoor exploration.
• Experienced Leadership - Our long-standing team is the heart of Ocean Reef. You'll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
