We're currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to assist across a high-performing team. This is the ideal role for someone looking to step into property management and gain exposure across all areas of the department.

What You'll Be Doing :
  • Routine inspections across the North Shore & Epping portfolio (LNS coverage will scale back in September)
  • Conducting ingoing inspections
  • Supporting the Senior Property Managers with :
  • Arrears
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Leasing support
  • General portfolio coverage
  • Key collections, access coordination, and meeting trades onsite
The Offer :
  • Monday to Friday + rotating Saturday leasing roster (time in lieu provided)
  • Salary: $65K–$80K package (including car allowance / phone) – flexible depending on experience
  • Open to part-time for the right candidate
  • Work under highly experienced and supportive management
What We're Looking For :
  • No experience required – just a great attitude, strong presentation, and eagerness to learn
  • Certificate of Registration & reliable car required
  • Familiarity with PropertyMe and FileSmart highly regarded
